Cocktail Meatballs

Make these easy meatballs, wicked hot or not, in the crock-pot the morning of and let ‘em do their thing that day before the big game or party night. A touchdown for the crowd!

Ingredients

1 to 2 jars of Grey Goose Gourmet Hot Apricot/Hot/Wicked HOT (or your favorite)

2- 2 to 3lb. packages of cocktail-size, frozen ready-made meatballs

2 cans cranberries, whole or jellied(or substitute with a jar of our Cranberry Orange Clove Pepper Jelly

2 jars (12 oz. per jar) chili sauce

Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

Mix together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, and pepper jelly(ies).

Add frozen meatballs to a large crockpot and top with sauce mixture from above.

Put on the lid and cook for on low for 8+- hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Grab one before they’re gone!

Other Ideas

Not a lot of time beforehand? Make these delicious morsels ahead of time and freeze, reheating before the party. Add a 1/2 cup+ of water, if needed.

If you love lemon, add the juiced fruit rind to the crock-pot and allow the flavor to seep in.
