Pepper Jelly Pop Tarts

For breakfast, on-the-go snacking, cozied up with tea, or as dessert, these pop tarts are perfect for any time of the day. Heck, any time of the year!
Swapping Grey Goose Gourmet pepper jelly in place of traditional fillings adds the savory twist you never knew they needed. And they are so easy to make yourself!

Ingredients:
- 2 thawed puff pastry/piecrust sheets
- 1 jar of Grey Goose Gourmet Pepper Jelly
- Egg wash
- Powdered sugar glaze, if desired
Makes 6 tarts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Cut each pastry sheet into 6 rectangles (12 total)
- Egg wash the edges of 6 rectangles
- Spoon 1 to 2 tbsp. of pepper jelly into the center of those 6 and top with a second unwashed rectangle
- Crimp around all the edges to seal the tart and prick many times with a fork
- Egg wash the top of the tart
- Bake on a parchment lined sheet for 18-20 mins
- Drizzle with glaze while warm, if desired
